Installation Instructions

IMPORTANT!! Please note, if you have anti-virus or firewall software running on your system, you may need to allow/authorize this installation. Your virus or firewall program will prompt you to do so when appropriate. Most programs allow you to "Authorize" or "Always Trust" an application. Choosing these options will allow your download to run each day/night without any further action on your part.

Installing TEAM-UP Download

Click the "Launch" button to begin loading TEAM-UP.

TEAM-UP Download will begin loading...

When prompted with the screen below, click the "Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above" so you aren't prompted each time TEAM-UP is opened

and then click the "Run" button to continue

TEAM-UP Download has been successfully loaded!

Configuring TEAM-UP Download for Grange and Integrity Insurance

TEAM-UP Download will ask a few more questions that will configure the download process for Grange and Integrity Insurance. There will be a short series of screens that will ask for some of the information provided in the e-mail you received from Grange and Integrity Insurance.

1. TEAM-UP company configuration:

Please have the Company-ID ("GRNGPROD") and your Agent-ID and password handy, as you will need them during the setup process.

2. TEAM-UP will verify your contact information:

Most carriers allow you to make changes to this data. If you are not able to edit the information, please contact your carrier with any changes so they may update their files.

3. Verify system settings:

TEAM-UP Download will prompt you to select the agency management system used in your office.

TEAM-UP Download will automatically detect and verify the settings for your agency management system.

If a path (e.g. c:\sample\download) is shown in bold red letters, then your system has been verified, please click "Next".

4. Scheduling your download:

You can now select the time of day/night to run your download. The only requirement to run the scheduled download is that your computer must be turned on and your user account be logged in. It is recommended that you "LOCK" your computer while it is left on for the overnight process.

5. Review and Complete:

Read back over the information you have entered during the registration process. If any changes are required, click the "Back" button to go back and make corrections. Otherwise, click "Finish" to complete the registration process.
